Online Therapy
I work on Zoom, arranging times that suit you and sending session invites a few days in advance.
I have developed a great respect for working online. This is because it often reduces anxiety, especially in the early stages. It allows you to feel safer and more at ease in the comfort of your own home. It also offers greater flexibility, making it easier to attend evening sessions or Saturday mornings, as it only takes an hour out of your day. And of course, there are no travel costs.
Online therapy, of course, means you can join sessions from wherever you are in the world, be it Paris, Peru, or Prague.
We live in a world where online connection has become a norm, and therapy works very well in this way. That said, I also enjoy working in person and will offer this wherever and whenever possible. Sometimes, a combination of both online and in-person sessions can work well.

Number of sessions
I generally work on an open-ended or long-term basis, as therapy is so often a ‘how long is a piece of string’ experience.
However, if you feel more comfortable working in a block of 10 sessions, I can also offer short-term work. I will always review things towards the end of the block and, where needed, open up the possibility of continuing.
